babelfoodFor many years I have been interested in food and its history, and how what we eat has been traveling for millennia, following people from continent to continent, going from culture to culture. Babelfood is my way of showing it. At the time I was traveling quite a lot myself, and that helped.
There was also a book, with short essays by René Berger and Grazia Quaroni. I presented it with exhibitions and performances.
