Corallo was meant to be a site-specific, permanent project for the Isola Borromeo, Cassano d'Adda. Unfortunately, nothing of what was built lasted.
Small, coral-colored resin hands grow out from tree trunks. Similar to flowers or lichens, they are monuments to souls asking to be remembered. New life grows from dissolving matter in the nitrogen cycle, organic matter transforms into soil, grass, food for animals and humans, ii is the ceaseless rhythm of death and rebirth.

Love Song Exchange #2 - Suzzara
Singing Italian folk songs to the potted plants in Times Square, New York City, 6 October 2011. I wanted to mix my naked voice with the city sounds, and was lucky enough to get the full sirens of several fire trucks.
The second performance, for other potted plants, was less eventful.
An assignment by The Work Office (TWO) and Times Square Arts.
